How do I order items from your online market?
You can visit our online market by clicking here. If this is the first time you have visited our online market, you will need to create an account. Select “Sign Up” located in the upper right-hand corner of our market page and answer a few quick questions. Once you have signed up, you will be able to order ingredients harvested from our farm through our online farmer’s market.

There are 2 ways you can order from our online market every week.
1. Subscribe for the Season. Subscribe to our Farmer’s Bag and receive 6-8 varieties or subscribe to our Salad Club and receive 3-4 varieties harvested from our farm each week of the season. The season is a total of 28 weeks, starting the week of May 28th and ending the first week of October. This subscription is similar to a traditional Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model and you can pick up your box every week at one of our convenient pick up locations. If you are located within the Bentonville zip code 72712, you have the option to have your weekly subscription delivered for a small fee of $5.00. Signing up for a subscription guarantees you will receive a portion of our harvest every week of the growing season.
2. Order from Week to Week.
Check in every week to see what is available and select the items you would like to order from our farm. Every Friday, we update our online farmer’s market with what varieties will be ready for harvest for the next week. There is no upfront commitment and no obligation. Simply pay as you go. Our team will make sure your order is packed and ready for pick up at the location you selected. This online ordering option allows you to reserve the items you would like for that week before we go to market.
All of our online orders are on a first come, first serve basis and must be placed one day prior to the scheduled pick up or delivery day by 12pm.

How do I order items for home delivery?
If you live within the Bentonville zip code of 72712, you can select home delivery when you place your order through our online farmer’s market. There is a $5.00 delivery fee included with each order. The delivery time is on Thursday evenings between 3pm – 5pm. If you do not expect to be home during that time, we suggest you leave a cooler out by the front door. We will happily place your order in the cooler for you.

When will you charge me for a subscription?
When you choose to subscribe to our Farmer’s Bag, you are given the option to either make a full upfront payment or subscribe to weekly recurring payments.
If you choose to make a full upfront payment, you will be charged at the time of purchase.
If you choose to make weekly recurring payments, you will be charged three days prior to distribution day you have selected for the week.

Can I skip a week of my subscription?
Absolutely! Just email ndeehr@redbarnbentonville.com. We completely understand that things come up and you may not be available to pick up your farmer’s bag that week. We just ask that you let us know four days prior to the day of pick up for that week so that we can make sure your account is not charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Although we will be sad to hear it, we understand. You can email us at ndeehr@redbarnbentonville.com and we will make sure to cancel your account. If you change your mind later down the road, we can also help you sign back up.
