Olive Oil
Instructions
Prep Vegetables. Dice onion. Chop kale.
Heat oil in a skillet at medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
Cut up sausage into 1-inch slices.
Saute sausage and onions in olive oil until browned.
Add shishito peppers, golden beets and golden raisins. Cook to your preference.
Add half a cup of chicken broth for flavor and to keep things from drying out.
Add chopped kale. Toss well while cooking on low heat. Salt and pepper to taste.
